About us

I have been involved in the strength, fitness and rehabilitation industry for 30 years from being an athlete before moving into the industry in a coaching and mentoring role over the last 10 years. I have have access and provided training programs for all levels from the regular person who’s looking to loose a few kilos and feel better to working at AFL clubs preparing athletes to perform in one of the toughest sports in the world.

I have experience in working in the recruiting area at AFL clubs and have formed a strong understanding of what clubs are looking for and knowing how to achieve the physical and mental requirements.

Having played football as high as state competition level and still playing today in my 40’s I am proof that a strong understanding of physical preparation is important and will assist those wanting to take their careers as far as possible for as long as possible.

With the above knowledge combined with the passion and contacts made through my involvement in the AFL industry I have made the move into promoting AFL Player speaking and coaching events in Western Australia and around Australia, that can provide entertainment and raise funds for clubs or individuals.

I also cater programs for people that just want to drop a few kilos and feel and look better so dont be scared of thinking this site and its training is just for elite athletes and young AFL Draft hopefuls.

We can all train like athletes no matter what our age, body  shape, commitment and time allowances  and expectations are.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Level 1 and 2 Australian Strength and Conditioning Coach.
  • Level 1 Basic Sports Massage Techniques.
  • Certified Speed and Agility Coach.
  • University Internship Richmond Football Club 2010.
  • 100 hours Practical Experience Western Bulldogs Football Club 2009.
  • Athletic and performance assistant/SportsTrainer/Hydration  and GPS analysis with Richmond Football Club 2008 – 2013.
  • Athletic and performance assistant/Sports Trainer  with Brisbane Lions Football Club 2010 – 2017.
  • Athletic and performance assistant/Sports Trainer/Hydration  and GPS analysis with Port Adelaide Football Club 2013 – 2015.
  • 150 Hours Practical Experience Port Adelaide Football Club 2014 – 2015. Speed and Agility and Specialist Physical Awareness Training.

As well as my experience and qualifications in  the sports industry I have been involved as a performer and manager/booking agent for close to 30 years and still perform  in local acts today and intend to take my career further within the entertainment/ concert and events industry.
